Terms of Service
Last Updated: March 2026
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the ProdOfTheCentury website and purchasing or leasing any instrumentals ("beats"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access the service. These terms are governed under the laws of New Zealand, while still applying internationally to all global transactions made on this platform.
2. Licensing and Beat Usage
When you purchase a beat from ProdOfTheCentury, you are purchasing a license to use the beat, not the copyright to the beat itself. The specific parameters of your usage (stream limits, distribution platforms, broadcast rights) are strictly governed by the specific lease agreement chosen at checkout. ProdOfTheCentury retains the original copyright under all non-exclusive lease agreements.
3. Payments and Refunds
All payments are securely processed through our authorized payment gateways. Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the file has been downloaded or emailed. Any attempt to formally dispute or reverse a transaction after downloading digital assets will result in immediate termination of the license and potential legal action.
4. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, design elements, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ProdOfTheCentury and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of ProdOfTheCentury.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant framework changes. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
